1. Positive Statement
What are you most proud of in your Lesson 2 Presentation and why?
I am most proud of being able to make the minimum time because when I was timing my talking at home I was getting around 7 minutes, so I tried to talk slower and a bit calmly and I was able to reach 10-11 minutes.
2. Questions to Consider
a. What assessment would you give yourself on your Lesson 2 Presentation (self-assessment)?
AE P AP CR NC
I would give myself a P/P-
b. Explain why you deserve that grade using evidence from the Lesson 2 component contract.
I believe that my power point followed the rule of 3 and didn't have any complete sentences. I was able to get a time above twenty minutes, and I brought all of the things on time and followed the lesson template.
3. What worked for you in your Lesson 2?
What worked for me in my lesson 2 was the information that I provided to support my answer.
4. (What didn't work) If you had a time machine, what would you have done differently to improve your Lesson 2?
If I could have done something differently to improve my lesson 2 I would want to try and make my hook and my activity more interactive with the audience
5. Finding Value
What do you think your answer #2 is going to be?
I think that my answer 2 will be something based on the exercises that are done in Physical Therapy

Blog 11: Mentorship 10 Hours
1. Where are you doing your mentorship?
I am currently doing my mentorship at Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park
2. Who is your contact?
To verify that I am actually doing my mentorship my contact is Kathleen Boulware who is in charge of the volunteers of Kaiser Permanente.
3. How many total hours have you done (total hours should be reflected in your mentorship log located on the right hand side of your blog like your WB)?
In total I have done 60 hours of volunteer
4. Summarize the 10 hours of service you did.
For the 10 hours of service I did I was first introduced around the department. I was shown the different areas in the department and the duties that I would have. The P.T department is shared with the O.T so I was told that I would help out both. After I helped around the department, meaning I cleaned up dirty sheets, wiped the tables, made copies, basically anything that the therapists needed help with I was there.
5. Email your house teacher the name of your contact and their phone number confirming who they should call to verify it.

Blog 10: Senior Project: The Holiday
1. It is important to consistently work on your senior project, whether it is break or we are in school. What did you over the break with your senior project?
Over the break I had surgery, but during that time I learned a lot about my injury. I learned different exercises to help me gain some mobility in my knee and in the second week of my recovery I was able to go to therapy to see where I am with my knee.
2. What was the most important thing you learned from what you did and why? What was the source of what you learned?
The most important thing that I learned came from my therapist. She said that because of my quads that I was in a good place for my recovery process, but that I should still take it slow with my leg because it is still prone to injury. The important part of recovery is building muscles around the hip, hamstring and quads. Building muscle around the quads is important because it is the main muscle, however the hip and hamstrings are both support muscles so building those muscles will help to take some of the burden on the area around the knee.
3. If you were going to do a 10 question interview on questions related to answers of your EQ, who would you talk to and why?
If I was going to do a 10 question interview I would ask my current therapist, because she has a vast amount of experience with injuries related to the knee. She currently has several patients that have an ACL tear so I know that she knows a lot about how to treat ACL tears.
